Teacher evaluation during virtual education in the higher education system

چکیده

This study was developed with the objective of determining evaluation teaching performance and its influence on use virtual classrooms in higher education system, as an important relationship that encompasses social change, highlighting health crisis impact Lay University "Eloy Alfaro" Manabí. A quantitative carried out, a descriptive approach, applied to students teachers through surveys. The is used tool manage quality teaching, being necessary establish institutional improvement policies terms strengthening training new technologies focused classroom, creation system platforms, wide choice common problems may generate not so much action but limitations arise.
